"A gem in the Texas Hill Country: We came to decompress and it was perfect. Mostly we just sat in the Adirondack chairs by the creek, enjoying the sound of the water, the wildflowers, the turtles, the fish, the lizards, and all the many birds from the shade of the pecan trees. We saw quite a bit of wildlife. Was that a great blue heron? Why, yes, it was! It practically flew over our laps. It was wonderful to feel so far away from everything, even though we were actually close to Austin"
